About Capsule

One shared film brings the photographs of your wedding, party or trip together.

One film, many viewpoints

Every guest has a different view of the same night. An invitation link gives those photographs one place to belong, from the first arrival to the last dance.

Choose a handful of shots for each guest, a film look and a time for the reveal. A small roll can make each photograph feel more considered.

A disposable camera keeps the result a surprise. Capsule brings that idea to the phones your guests already have, with no film to post or collect.

Everyone takes photos into one film. Full photos stay sealed by default until the reveal. Hosts can also allow guests to see their own photos or enable a host preview.

That is the reason. The mechanics — sealing, shot counts, the hour it develops — are on how a film works.

What we believe

Four things we will not trade.

  1. The waiting is the product

Choose when the film reveals, and give everyone something to return to after the event.

    the answer is still no

  2. Guests never sign up

Guests open a link, enter a name and allow the camera. They can take part in their browser without registering.

    a link and a camera

  3. Your photographs are yours

Download your photos after the reveal. We do not train models on them or license them to anyone.

A crowd of mismatched glasses being filled at the end of the wedding table at night, hands reaching in to take them
A thick stack of freshly printed party photographs on a kitchen table beside a mug and reading glasses back from the lab
Two prints off the same film, a two weeks after the night.
  4. One payment, one film

Buy a film for the event you are planning. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.

The best man on his feet mid-speech at the table, one hand out, the guests either side of him laughing uncle rob, third toast
