Four addresses. A person behind each one.

There is no support department here — eleven of us, in London and Lisbon, and your email goes to whoever knows the answer. Most of what arrives is a film that did not develop or a party that outgrew its plan, and both of those we can usually sort the same day.

Send it here and we will pass it along. It reaches the same people — nothing lands in a ticket system, because we do not have one.

The one thing we cannot do is look inside a sealed film to check whether a photo came through. Sealed means sealed, including for us. Ask again once it develops and we can go and find it.
