Digital disposable camera

A digital disposable camera that still makes you wait.

Everything people loved about the cameras on the tables, on the phone every guest already carries: a short roll each, nothing to review on the night, and the surprise of getting them back. Scan a QR code, shoot, and the whole roll develops together.

A wedding guest in a green satin dress laughing with her head thrown back at the bar late at night, lit by a hard flash, a friend’s hand on her shoulder

Twelve shots each, and nothing to review.

Like the cameras you wind by hand, every guest gets a short roll: twelve shots on a free film, or twenty-four, thirty-six or unlimited if you choose. Full photos stay sealed until the reveal, so the night is for taking pictures rather than checking them.

No cameras left on the tables.

Paper cameras go missing in handbags, get half-used on the children’s table and come home in the wrong car. Then someone has to collect them, pay for developing and wait for the prints. Here every shot goes straight into one shared film, so there is nothing to collect.

It still looks like it came back from the lab.

When the roll develops, every photo comes back with a film look: warm, grainy, a little flash-bright. Download that version or the originals at full resolution, from every guest, all in one place.

How the digital disposable camera works

  1. 01

    Load the film

Choose how many people can shoot, how many shots each, and when the roll develops.

  2. 02

    Hand out the QR code

Print it for the tables or send the link. The camera opens in the browser of any phone.

  3. 03

Good to know

Is it a real disposable camera?

No film and no plastic. It works like one: a fixed number of shots, photos you cannot see properly until later, and a roll that comes back all at once. The camera is the phone each guest already has.

What do guests need to use it?

A phone with a camera and a browser. The QR code opens the camera straight away; there is no app to download and no account to make.

How much does a digital disposable camera cost?

Five people with twelve shots each is free. Bigger films are a single payment: ten people is £2, and a hundred guests on a twenty-four-shot roll is £27. There is no subscription.

Can the host change the number of shots?

Yes. Choose twelve, twenty-four, thirty-six or unlimited when you start the film, and raise it during the event if the roll is running short.

A camera on every table, without the cameras.
