Family

The whole family, on one shared film.

At every family gathering, the photos end up scattered across a dozen phones. Capsule puts every aunt, cousin and grandparent’s pictures into one private film that develops for everyone at once.

Three generations at a long garden table, a grandmother laughing with two children leaning in over the cloth

Grandparents included. Nothing to install.

Your gran does not need an app, an account or a password. She taps the link in the family chat, types her name and the camera opens in her browser. If she can open a message, she can take part.

A grandmother squeezed onto a sofa with her grandchildren and grown-up son, all of them helpless with laughter, a dog resting its head on a knee
nobody could breathe

Private by default. Never public.

Only the people in the film can see it. Films are never public and never indexed, and we do not train anything on your photographs. Anyone in the film can ask for a frame to be pulled.

A family reunion in a back garden on a summer evening, a grandfather at the barbecue while his grandson steals a sausage, relatives at a checked table and children running on the lawn
grandad on the grill

Reunions, christenings, Christmas, the big birthday.

A film can run for up to fourteen nights, so a reunion weekend or the whole Christmas week fits on one roll. Everyone gets the photos back at full resolution, to keep.

Wedding guests the morning after round a breakfast table on a sunny stone terrace, with coffee, croissants and orange juice, everyone laughing

How it works for a family

  1. 01

    Start a film

Name it, set how many relatives and how many shots each, and choose when it develops.

  2. 02

    Send one link

Post it in the family group chat, or print the QR code for the table. Everyone joins in their browser.

  3. 03

    Develop it together

Pick a reveal time and the whole family gets the roll at once, at full resolution.

Family questions

Do grandparents need to download anything?

No. They tap the link, the camera opens in their browser, and they shoot. No download, no sign-up, no password.

Who can see our family photos?

Only people in the same film. Films are never public and never indexed, and we do not train models on your photographs.

How many relatives can join?

A free film takes up to five people. Paid films go up to 1,000 people, including the host, with one payment and no subscription.

Can we keep the photos?

Yes. Everyone can download the developed photos at full resolution. Paid films stay until you delete them.

The family album, finally in one place.
